Why is it always when I have the time to work on school stuff I never really want to.

So I woke up this morning, with SEVERE pain in my left foot/big toe.  I went through my day in pain.. sometimes so much that I broke down and cried. I got off work a little early and went to the minor emergency clinic thing, and come to find out I have a extreme case of Gout.  Now I know a little about this and what it comes from yadda yadda.. but I had no.. I repeat NO symptoms prior to this. But in the xray my big toe joint has a one and half inch gap in it that is filled with urich acid crystals.  I am here to tell you people out there in internet land..  I HAVE NEVER! HAD PAIN LIKE THIS!!

I seriously cannot believe how painful this is.  I actually vomitted 2x from the pain.. and did they give me something for the pain? NO! I cant believe it. Instead I got a rx for prednasone and they showed me the door.  I wont go into how much I would like to punch all the people in the face that I encountered today, but SERIOUSLY!??! nothing for the pain? UGH! This is going to be a long night

I read a post by @Loobylu about Twilight and just thought to myself.. omg what a geek. I have read that single book 9 times and the other 3 more times then I can remember. When the DVD came out I popped it in and watched it 3 times in one night, and then again 2 times the next day. I seriously love that whole series.. the first book far more than the others. Ahhh.. Edward

Man.. I am two weeks still away from Finals and I swear I dont know if I have it in me to keep going. Between having to schedule finals for the students that use my office, helping friends study for their finals, and trying to finish writing my speech, and study for my other finals I am exhausted!!

I hope that the summer goes smoothly.

This is just not the best day ever.  Very grey cloudy, and yucky.. BFF is really down and having to move out of her Apt ASAP blah, bunch of my student assistants are gone, for various reasons.. and now I am off to class. WOOHOO! not!

wanted to post something here so it wasn’t so empty. I am deciding what I want to do with this new space :)
